Introduction:

After ten years of development, single-cell sequencing technology has changed from sequencing only one cell to more than 100,000 cells in only one project. Various sequencing methods are invented in recent years, including STRT-seq, CEL-seq, MARS-seq, SMART-seq2, Drop-seq, etc. This process is deal with 10x Genomcis sequencing data, which is the most commonly used in Drop-seq in recent years.

This pipeline is developed and integrated in BMAP by the author of DOI: 10.3389/fbioe.2022.849798 .
