Example usage

Here, we give an example with known successful live birth outcome.
Step 1. download the test data with successful live birth outcome.

Step 2. Fill in the corresponding measurements. (Already filled in.)

Step 3. Upload the corresponding data file.

Step 3.1. Fill in the file name, ended in .xlsx.

Step 3.2. Compress the .xlsx file and upload the compressed file.

Results

The results are presented below, indicating that the predicted probability of live birth is approximately 76.73%. The most important features are detailed in the breakdown profile.

Reproducibility

The pipeline utilizes code CRS1048606034756907008 and Docker image SRS1048608424692297728, both of which are stored in the BMAP repositories.
