Investigation on the Predictive Ability of Cervical Central Lymph Node Metastasis Based on Ultrasound Images
Background of The Study
Because ultrasound and other methods cannot provide preoperative prediction of cervical central lymph node metastasis (LNM), there is a major controversy all over the world about whether to clean the central lymph nodes during thyroidectomy. Preoperative accurate prediction has become one of the most challenging and meaningful topics in the field of thyroid cancer.
Objective
At present, there are very few doctors' prediction of LNM in the literature. This test provides ultrasound images to investigate the actual level of LNM prediction of doctors, it was compared with the predictive ability of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. The investigation process complies with STARD standards.
Survey Respondents
Qualified doctors in the ultrasound department or endocrine surgery department of the first-class hospitals.
Survey Data
100 ultrasound images of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
100 ultrasound images of malignant thyroid nodules.
Result Recovery
Doctor information sheet (word document),
Prediction results with corresponding relationship of the picture number (Excel file. The number of pictures can be selected at will but no less than 25 should be chosen.)
Publicity start time
1st December, 2021
