研究背景 (Background)：

Among gynecological tumor, ovarian cancer (Epithelial Ovarian Cancer, EOC) is the second most common disease and the first leading cause of death. Epithelial ovarian cancer is believed to be caused by malignant transformation of the ovarian surface, peritoneum, or fallopian tube epithelium. Although the characterization of molecular determinants of cancer has advanced tremendously in the past decades. However, due to the heterogeneity of cancer, human understanding of the molecular determinants of cancer is still insufficient.

研究方案 (Proposal)：

4 epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) samples, 4 ovarian surface epithelium (OSE) samples and 5 fallopian tube epithelium (FTE) samples, a total of 13 independent samples. The expression and phosphorylation of proteins in the above 13 tissue samples were determined by LC-MS/MS technology.

Proteomics 分析流程使用说明

一. 包含待分析数据的压缩文件
1. 若待分析数据未存储于本平台，仅将数据暂时上传（Web）以使用分析功能。请将所有待分析数据压缩为一个单独文件，支持的压缩格 式：rar, zip, gz, tar.gz。
2. 若待分析数据已存储于本平台（DRS或Local），请上传符合格式的任意内容压缩文件。
二. 数据基本信息与流程参数json文件

（1）Input json文件示例及说明

即输入的数据文件的文件名，如：Correlation_analysis_protein_test.xlsx

Ø Pipeline: 可选择的分析类型如下图所示

如果需要进行相关性分析，就设置为Correlation_analysis（下划线不能省略）

Ø FileType: 即输入的文件类型。如Correlation_analysis和PLS-DA支持xlsx文件类型，Hierarchical_Clustering支持csv文件类型。

第一列为样本名（sample ID），第二列为分组情况（group），第三列起为各种蛋白质/代谢物在每个样本中的相对丰度（红色框标出的部分）。
